What I’ve Done
Executive Pastor, August 2017 – Present
Improving processes and implementing strategy is what I do! I am responsible for bringing together the various ministries within the church to implement a cohesive assimilation process that integrates visitors and attendees into active members within the church. Coaching leaders, analyzing data and building programs is where I focus most of my time.
Owner/Project Manager, October 2014 – Present
423 Marketing is a business I started out of my home with nothing more than a computer and lots of ambition, and it has grown into a profitable business which serves clients across the US and around the globe. We specialize in online marketing within the fields of plastic surgery and luxury real estate. I manage a team of 3 employees consisting of a web designer, graphic designer and content writer.
Master of Business Administration, August 2016 – August 2017
As an experienced entrepreneur, I enrolled in the MBA program to solidify my foundation in all areas of business administration including accounting, finance, management, statistical analysis and marketing. I am a lifelong learner and I enjoyed having the chance to learn from some of the top business minds in the country.
Minerals Specialist, November 2011 – Present
My current position affords me the opportunity to work with various industry groups, stakeholders and government agencies to protect our environment and promote commerce. I oversee the implementation of 13 state issued mining permits with a total bond of $8.3 million and have worked in project management on construction projects with contracts totaling $1.2 million. I also enjoy teaching, and I am a nationally qualified and experienced instructor.
Area Forester, July 2007 – November 2011
Program management and employee development are the two most valuable skills I learned while at the Department of Forestry. I was responsible for managing a forestry program covering 3 counties with responsibilities including financial management, supervision of a staff of 20 part-time employees and grant administration.
B.S. Forestry, August 2002 – May 2007
I graduated with honors from WVU with additional coursework in advanced sampling methods and statistical analysis. While enrolled, I had the chance to intern for 3 years with the US Forest Service and I authored the agency’s Mid-Atlantic States Pest Conditions Report during my senior year.
